Popup Super Search

On all pages in BookingStudio you can use the super search engine by pressing ctrl+space on the keyboard:

or by pressing the search field at the top of BookingStudio

Here you can search for:

• Menu items in the menu, such as Guests or Front Desk
• Reports, located under Reporting -> Overview
• Holiday homes, by searching for their internal name or the Address
• Creditors, by searching for their name or their holiday home
• Document templates

As you start typing, it will suggest some results:

Press Enter to go to the selected menu item or use the arrow keys to go up and down.
You can also use the mouse. Tap once to select a suggestion and tap once more to go to the suggestion.

Some results provide options for additional shortcuts to subpages:

Here you can use the mouse, or use your tab key to go down to the desired link.

You can always remove the search box again by pressing the Escape (ESC) key on your keyboard.

Search reservation numbers directly in the super search

This is displayed when you type a reservation number in the super search:

If you press Enter, you will be sent to one of the following destinations:

• If it is a booking, you end up on the booking dashboard
• If it is an outlay, you will end up in the order overview, where the outlay is sought
• If the number is not one of the above, you end up in the general search result, which suggests what the number could be, e.g. a customer number, a creditor number or something else.

If you want to end up in the general search result from the start, you can press Alt+Enter (or Option + Enter on a mac).
