Catalogue export

BookingStudio allows you to combine your texts from all active properties into one file.

This file can be sent to e.g. a printing company that puts it up in a catalogue.

Here’s how:

Choose Administration -> Properties-> Catalogue export.

The date should not be the 01.01.xxxx, which is automatically displayed when you open the page.
“Per date” indicates the year for which the seasonal prices of exports are to apply.
Furthermore, property texts as well as facilities will be those that are valid per this date.
Select e.g. the 20.01.xxxx, then you are sure it is current prices and facilities for the desired year.

Agreed with e.g. the printing house how they want to receive their file and fill in the fields accordingly.

Click “Export”, save and send the file.
