Add facilities to a property

Facilities help to describe a property. There can e.g. be a facility for number of rooms, distance to the beach or whether there is a swimming pool in the property.

Here’s how you can add a facility to a property.

In order to be able to add a facility, the property must at least be created 
with master data, and the facility must be created.

Here you start

Search the property and go to the menu item: Facilities.

There will be a list of all the facilities associated with the property.

Add a facility

If a new facility needs to be added, tick Add facilities.

All facilities created in BookingStudio will now be displayed.
The facilities that are not add to the property will be without content in the right column.

Click on the name of the facility to add it e.g. Swimming pool.

A new screen will appear. Fill in when the swimming pool is available from and to – and choose yes or no in the next field.

Click Save.

Change a facility

It is only possible to change the availability of a facility, and the choice for Yes or No, when you are on the menu item Facilities on the property. Click on the name of the facility to correct these data and save it.

If the text for the facility needs to be changed, this is done via the menu: Settings -> Facilities.
Find the current facility and click Edit. Here you will be able to correct names and write translations.

If you want to make changes in the group for the facilities at the property (e.g. living room, bathroom, kitchen, living room …), this can also be done via the Settings. Go to menu: Settings -> Facilities -> Facility groups.

Delete a facility

If a facility is to be deleted from a property, click on the facility’s name and click on the red cross – then the connection to this property will be removed.

When you remove the last period on a facility on a property, a warning will appear.
The facility will still exist in BookingStudio but will no longer be on this property.
