If there are many facilities, it can be an advantage to divide them into groups – e.g. living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, etc.
The facility groups are used under the individual property (Search the property -> Facilities).
If you want facilities included in the rental agreement, they must be part of a facility group.
Here you start
Go to the Settings menu -> Overview. Search “Facilities”.
Once the page is selected go to "Facilitetsgrupper" (Facility Groups) in the menu.
All the created groups are shown here.
If the group is not in the list, a new one can be created by clicking on the “Opret facilitetsgruppe" (Create facility group) button. You must create a facility group for all languages in the installation.
Fill out the blanks.
- Give the group a name for internal use – e.g. Bathroom
- Here you decide the order in which the facility groups should be displayed.
The lower a number, the closer to the top it will stand. - Give the group a name that all users can see. Translate the name into all languages of the installation.
Click Save
Add facilities to a group
Facilities can be added to a group via the Facility Groups overview.
Click on “Facilities” next to each group.
The column on the left shows all facilities created in the installation (and not yet selected for this group). The column on the right shows the facilities selected for this group.
Using the arrows in the middle, a facility can be moved from one column to another.
Click on the current facility to select it.
You can also select and move multiple facilities at once by clicking on the first facility, holding down the Shift key and clicking on the last facility.
Select one of the arrows in the middle to move the facility to the second column and press Save.
